Complaints Procedure

At our practice, we do everything we can to provide you with the best possible care. However, there may be times when things don’t go as you expected. We take your concerns seriously and view them as an opportunity to improve our services.

Please discuss your complaint with us first

In many cases, a personal conversation is enough to clarify the situation or find a suitable solution. You can discuss your question, comment, or complaint with your healthcare provider or bring it to the front desk. You can also contact us by phone. If that doesn’t work, you can fill out the complaint form below.

Your complaint will, of course, be handled with care and confidentiality.

Complaints Procedure

We strive to work with you to find a suitable solution. If, for some reason, we are unable to do so, you may file a complaint through the independent complaints procedure of the professional associations to which we belong: the Dutch Association of Dental Hygienists (NVM-mondhygiënisten).

These policies comply with the legal requirements applicable to healthcare providers. The NVM Dental Hygienists Association can mediate between you and the practice or formally review your complaint and issue a ruling on the matter.
